Missing Minor Safely Recovered; Two Suspects Arrested
January 10, 2026 – Stanislaus County Sheriff’s Office officials report that on December 31, 2025, at about 7:00 a.m., Detectives with the Stanislaus
County Sheriff’s Office Special Victims Unit and investigators with the Stanislaus County Human Exploitation and Trafficking (Heat) Task Force were notified of a missing 14-year-old female from the City of Patterson, CA. It was believed this missing minor was a victim of human trafficking. Detectives worked tirelessly to locate her. Their hard work led to the safe recovery of the minor on January 1, 2026.
As a result of the investigation, two individuals were arrested. Those arrested were identified as Bexy Arellanes a 19-year-old female and David Samaniego a 19-year-old male, both from San Francisco. Bexy and David are currently being charged with human trafficking of a minor…
