(FOX40.com) — A 41-year-old woman was killed Monday evening in a rollover crash in Winton after her vehicle left the roadway, crashing into a canal.
The woman, driving a 2002 Ford Ranger westbound on Meadow Drive, veered onto the dirt shoulder around 7:44 p.m., California Highway Patrol officers said, before overcorrecting to the left. Her truck traveled across both lanes of Meadow Drive at West Lane before landing in the dry canal along the south shoulder.
