A 34-year-old man was arrested after allegedly assaulting a woman and stealing her vehicle in Stockton’s Lakeview District Saturday afternoon.
Jason Smith was accused of carjacking, resisting arrest, battery and a firearm-related crime, according to the Stockton Police Department.
