Three arrested for major heroin trafficking operation in Yuba-Sutter region plead guilty

YUBA COUNTY, Calif. – Three Stockton residents have pleaded guilty in a heroin trafficking operation that spanned across Northern California, including the Yuba-Sutter region.

The Yuba County Sheriff’s Office and the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) led a multi-agency investigation into the network.
