(FOX40.COM) — The Stockton Police Department arrested three suspects on Sunday night following a reported theft and vehicle pursuit in the city.
Around 8:17 p.m., Stockton police said its officers responded to reports of a theft in progress at a business in the 1200 block of East Hammer Lane.
