(FOX40.COM) — New signs have popped up at parks across the city of Ceres, and officials say they’re designed to help fight crime with just a quick scan.
The city has installed brand-new Crime Stoppers signs at eight local parks, each featuring a QR code that allows residents to report certain crimes like vandalism or theft directly from their phone.
