San Joaquin Delta College’s Stockton campus closed at 5 p.m. Wednesday and will remain closed all day Thursday after heat became unavailable in most campus buildings, college officials said.
The closure comes as rain moves through Stockton Thursday morning, with highs near 51 degrees and south winds of 11 to 13 mph, gusting up to 26 mph, according to the National Weather Service.
