(FOX40.COM) — Two people were arrested in connection with a sideshow that stopped traffic on the Crosstown Freeway in Stockton earlier this month, CHP Stockton said.
According to CHP, around 3 p.m. on Feb. 7, traffic on the Crosstown Freeway between state Route 99 and Interstate 5 was brought to a standstill for several minutes when members of a “Stockton-based car club” began performing stunts in the road.
