MERCED COUNTY, Calif. (KSEE/KGPE) – A 70-year-old man went missing while floating down the Merced River Sunday afternoon, deputies said.
On Sunday, deputies responded to the Shaffer Bridge in Winton regarding 70-year-old Richard Daly, who went missing.
