STOCKTON, Calif. — A man is facing charges tied to a homicide investigation in Stockton, according to the Stockton Police Department.
At around 8:45 a.m. on Dec. 12, officers responded to a church in the area of Lindsay and Sutter streets of a person down on the ground. When officers arrived, they found a woman unresponsive with an apparent laceration to her upper body.
She was pronounced dead on the scene. Police later determined her death as a homicide…
