Stockton man sentenced to life for killing ex-girlfriend and her two sons in arson

STOCKTON, Calif. — A Stockton man who pleaded guilty to killing his former girlfriend and her two young sons in a house fire will spend the rest of his life in prison, prosecutors said.

The San Joaquin County District Attorney’s Office announced Jose Carmen Cardona was sentenced to life without parole for triple murder and arson.
