Local Iranian-Americans support U.S. airstrikes on Iran, now planning march

CALIFORNIA CITY, Calif. — Local Iranian-American residents say they support the U.S. airstrikes that hit Iran and killed the country’s Supreme Leader, describing the strikes as a long-awaited step toward freedom after decades of oppression.

“Living in oppression is worse than being dead,” some told ABC10, adding that if sacrifice now leads to freedom, it is a price they are willing to pay.
