Stockton father, rapper and gang member Luciano Guerrero, who held a birthday party last November for his daughter that ended in a mass shooting, was released from jail Tuesday.
Guerrero, 22, who performs as Nano and is a member of the Asian Boyz and Muddy Boyz gangs, admitted to his parole violation during his hearing Monday, March 16.
