(FOX40.COM) — Two men have been arrested following an assault on a 14-year-old juvenile that was captured on video and circulated online.
According to the Lathrop Police Department, officers responded promptly after receiving reports of the incident and ensured the juvenile’s safety upon arrival. Officers also secured the scene and launched an investigation.
