MODESTO, Calif. — Cristian Solorio, 28, of Modesto was sentenced to 6 years and 8 months in state prison following his conviction for felony stalking and residential burglary with intent to commit a sex act, according to the Stanislaus County District Attorney’s Office.
Prosecutors reported that Solorio began repeatedly contacting the victim in February 2025, including showing up at her workplace and attempting to communicate with her outside of work.
On May 21, 2025, Solorio entered the victim’s residence after learning her address. Inside the home, authorities stated that Solorio engaged in sexual conduct, including sucking on the victim’s toes, before being confronted by family members and leaving the scene.
