The San Joaquin County Office of Education (SJCOE) has announced this year’s finalists for Teacher of the Year and the winners of the Classified Employee and School Counselor of the Year awards. Honorees will be celebrated at the Excellence in Education Awards Dinner on April 9, 2026, sponsored by Self-Help Federal Credit Union.
Each Teacher of the Year finalist, Classified Employee of the Year, and the School Counselor of the Year will receive $500, while the 2026 Teacher of the Year will receive $1,000. Winners will also move on as county nominees for state-level recognition through the California Department of Education…
