(FOX40.COM) — A man in Stockton was shot while sitting in his car on Sunday, according to the Stockton Police Department.
SPD said a 39-year-old man was sitting in his car around 12:14 a.m. in the 300 Block of South Filbert Street when he was shot by an unknown suspect.
