Residents can meet teen and adult cats looking for homes at an Adoption Fair inside the West Valley Mall from noon to 4 p.m. in the Target Wing. Cats like Reef and other rescues will be available for adoption. Additional adoptable cats can also be visited daily at the Petsmart Adoption Center during store hours.
