The City of Stockton held a grand opening and ribbon-cutting ceremony for Inspiration Park on February 7, 2026 at 7149 Scott Creek Drive in north Stockton. The park is located near Westlake Drive and was dedicated to honor Stockton Police Officer Jimmy Inn and Stockton Fire Captain Vidal “Max” Fortuna, who both lost their lives in the line of duty.
