A 60-year-old man was arrested on allegations of stalking and placing a tracking device in a victim’s vehicle last week in Stockton.
Peter Klein was arrested Thursday in the Civic District after allegedly leading Stockton police officers on a pursuit that ended near Channel Street and San Joaquin Street, according to the Stockton Police Department.
