(FOX40.COM) — A federal grand jury has indicted three Central Valley men on charges tied to a large-scale drug trafficking operation that authorities said distributed narcotics nationwide using the U.S. mail.
According to the Department of Justice, Jose Mendoza, 35, of Merced; Jessy Johnson, 34, of Turlock; and Alejandro Perez, 43, of Crows Landing, were charged in an eight-count indictment with conspiracy to distribute methamphetamine and other drug-related offenses.
