STOCKTON, Calif. — Stormy weather across Northern California forced widespread cancellations and last-minute changes Saturday, disrupting events from Stockton to Lodi, Fairfield to Natomas, and Oroville to Loomis.
At the San Joaquin County Fairgrounds in Stockton, a car show planned for Saturday never got underway. Dark clouds and uncertain conditions kept the parking lot mostly empty, with organizers postponing the event.
