(FOX40.COM) — A man has been sentenced to 21 years in state prison and another faces sentencing after a 2022 home invasion and killing in Stockton, prosecutors said Monday.
San Joaquin County District Attorney Ron Freitas announced that Draygo Peraza received the prison term following the conviction of co-defendant Rosantito Castaneda in the robbery and murder of Remo Serbo.
