STOCKTON, Calif. — Joshua Lor, 31, died after a traffic crash in Stockton’s Seaport District on Saturday, according to the Stockton Police Department.
Officers responded around 6:15 p.m. to Clayton Avenue and El Dorado Street for reports of a crash.
