MONTGOMERY, Ala. (WSFA) – For parents and guardians who have to go to court, finding childcare can be a challenge. A new pilot program aims to keep children in childcare while parents stay focused on their legal proceedings.
It’s called the Bridge Care Program, and it’s unique to Montgomery County. The program applies to people headed to court, either for a required court appearance or to fulfill a court obligation like community service.
