TALLASSEE, Ala. (WAKA) – The Elmore County Sheriff’s Office needs your help finding the people who are throwing large rocks at passing vehicles.
Investigators say a series of rock throwings happened during the evening of Saturday, June 27.
At approximately 9:02PM, surveillance cameras captured a vehicle and the people riding in it collecting large concrete rocks from the front parking area in the 200 block of Barnett Boulevard in Tallassee. Later that evening, between 9:30PM and 10:05PM, the sheriff’s office says it got more than 15 reports of people in a dark-colored sedan throwing large rocks into oncoming traffic…
