The U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Northern District of Alabama is highlighting three federal cases it says resulted in historic outcomes and underscore the office’s efforts to protect public safety and enforce federal law.
The cases involve what the Department of Justice described as its largest sports betting enforcement action, assistance in the prosecution of an FBI Most Wanted fugitive convicted in a child exploitation case, and one of the largest dog fighting prosecutions in federal history.
