DCH Health Care Authority has responded to the wrongful death lawsuit brought by Andrew Doss, the husband of a DCH hospital worker shot and killed earlier this year.
Ada Doss was fatally shot in the DCH parking lot on May 12, killing the 27-year-old. Andrew later filed a wrongful death lawsuit against DCH, as well as their contracted security provider and the man accused of killing her.
