MONTGOMERY, Ala. (WSFA) – The cooler and drier air over the last several days has been a very pleasant change of pace weather-wise, but that extended stretch is winding down as a surge of much more humid air approaches the region.
Aside from being a degree or two warmer later this afternoon, today still looks very similar to what we have seen over the last few days; sunny to mostly sunny skies continue to stick around overhead as high temperatures warm into the upper 80s and lower 90s, but that lower humidity will still make things feel very manageable outside.
Mostly clear skies return again tonight, but expect to see a noticeable difference in those Thursday morning lows as some of that rich moisture just starts to move into the area. Most places will likely only cool into the mid-60s later tonight instead of the mid- and upper 50s we have seen over the last few mornings…
