MONTGOMERY, Ala. (WSFA) – Some Central Alabama Electric Cooperative customers went to social media to claim their bills recently doubled. While the co-op’s vice president of customer and energy services, Aaron Ismail, says bills were higher due to the temperatures being in the teens recently, customers overall should have only seen at most a 30% increase.
