Some residents in State House District 74 gathered at the Chisholm Community Center to discuss issues in their neighborhoods. State Representative Phillip Ensler hosted a district town hall Sunday afternoon. He talked about proposals to address gun violence, mental health services, and criminal justice reform – just a few topics impacting the residents in his district and across the state. About a dozen people came to meet Ensler and discuss problems that they believe need to be fixed in their neighborhoods.
