MONTGOMERY, Ala. (WSFA) – The recent blast of cold air in Alabama is causing many Alabama Power customers to receive higher bills than usual. Following this sudden cost spike, a petition was started calling for Alabama Power to lower costs. So far, the petition has gathered just under 5,000 signatures.
