I cannot understand why some of the same persons who protest so loudly the capital punishment of a convicted murderer also defend abortion without restrictions. Is there not something very inconsistent about their values? Is the life of a guilty person more valuable than the life of an innocent one? Is abortion on demand not the killing of the youngest, smallest, and most innocent of human beings? If one is against the death penalty, why not extend that to the youngest of us?
