MONTGOMERY, Ala. (WSFA) – He was sitting on the front porch of a Montgomery County home when police officers responded to the scene on reports of a domestic disturbance. Now, a federal jury has convicted the 43-year-old Georgia man for what police found inside his vehicle after he was taken into custody.
