With last week’s retirement of Montgomery County District Attorney Daryl Bailey, we are awaiting Gov. Kay Ivey to appoint a new district attorney. As Action 8 News has reported, Bailey retired last Tuesday after 10 years as district attorney and nearly 30 years of working in the office. He took a position at Faulkner University’s Jones School of Law.
