A correctional officer at Kilby Prison in Montgomery County has been arrested, according to court records. Those records show that on the night of August 13, senior correctional officer William Todd was checking in inmate Gregory Walker and took five packs of cigarettes, 15 packs of rolling papers and two gold chains from Walker’s personal property.
