A Wetumpka man is in the Elmore County Jail following an early Wednesday morning crash and subsequent DUI arrest. The Wetumpka Police Department responded to a call of a single vehicle accident on Coosa River Parkway near Holtville Road early Wednesday morning and soon arrested Sean Blackburn, 36, of Wetumpka.
