TALLADEGA COUNTY, Ala. (WBRC) – A man from Venezuela who pleaded guilty to federal charges in a bank theft scheme earlier this year is now accused of similar crimes in east Alabama, and investigators allege in federal court documents he returned to a bank in Sylacauga less than 30 minutes after police stopped him for speeding out of the bank’s parking lot.
