Law enforcement officers are investigating after Montgomery Public Schools received a potential threat on social media. “MPS is aware of the social media posting referencing a potential threat,” Chief Communications Officer Jade Jones said Monday. “At this time, our local authorities are investigating the matter and MPS will ensure all safety protocols are enforced.” She did not provide details about the nature of the threat. In September, police arrested two 13-year-olds and an 11-year-old and accused them of making terroristic threats against schools.
