HUNTSVILLE, Ala. — A federal grand jury has indicted nine individuals for illegal reentry after deportation and one individual for being an alien in possession of a firearm, according to an announcement by U.S. Attorney Prim F. Escalona and Homeland Security Investigations Atlanta Special Agent in Charge Steven N. Schrank.
The individuals indicted for illegally reentering the United States after deportation are Eusebio Cruz-Zurita, 29, of Mexico; Rufino Cristobal-Reyes, 41, of Mexico; Edgar Esmain Rivas-Martinez, 37, of Honduras; Rigoberto Tzun-Garcia, 34, of Guatemala; Eleazar Suarez-Salinas, 42, of Mexico; Rodolfo Cantu-Navarrete, 45, of Mexico; Albert Obel Figueroa-Figueroa, 40, of Guatemala; Juan Gomez-Marquires, also known as “Diego Torrez-Tadeo,” 33, of Mexico; and Maximiliano Pablo-Cinto, 40, of Guatemala.
