Two days of smooth jazz and R&B ahead on Montgomery’s riverfront

After a six-month wait, the two-day Montgomery Smooth Jazz Festival is ready for a spring show at Riverwalk Amphitheater on Friday and Saturday, March 14-15.

The concert — held beside the Alabama River with food trucks and vendors — has a lineup of national jazz and R&B artists: Boney James, Leela James, Evelyn “Champagne” King, Julian Vaughn, Alex Bugnon, Ben Tankard, Marcus Anderson, Nelson Rangell, Day 26, Con Funk Shun, Trey Daniels, TK Soul, James Wesley, London Koi, DJ Boosie, and more — including at least one Montgomery musician.
