We have a couple of nice days ahead with spring-like warmth but old main winter will be making a return later in the week! A brief cold snap is on the way and there is some frost potential with this round.
In the meantime, Tuesday starts out a bit chilly in the upper 30s but with abundant sunshine overhead it warms nicely into the mid to upper 70s late afternoon. Wednesday looks even warmer with temps managing the lower 80s for highs. A frontal boundary will move into the area Wednesday night into Thursday. We expect a round of showers along with a few t-storms to move through here. Right now, we don’t see anything too strong or severe but we’re keeping an eye on it. We’re on the backside of the front Thursday and a surge of colder air will spill into the state. Our sky clears and the temps drop down into the mid 30s for lows Friday morning. The colder air will allow for frost development. You will need to take care of those tender plants outside…
