MONTGOMERY, Ala. — The Montgomery County Cold Case Task Force is appealing to the public for assistance in identifying a suspect involved in the 2023 murder of William Coachman. According to police, Coachman was shot and killed following a verbal altercation with the suspect on June 22, 2023, at approximately 3:09 p.m. The incident occurred at a hotel located at 5175 Carmichael Road.
