We have at least one more dry day before our rain chances return. We’re expecting moisture to increase and fuel scattered showers/t-storms. There will be a severe storm threat late Sunday night into Monday.
In the meantime, we expect a mostly cloudy with temps dropping into the lower 50s overnight. We’re looking at a partly sunny sky and warmer afternoon temps. We should manage lower 80s for highs Friday afternoon.
We do see changes ahead for the upcoming weekend. Another frontal system will be approaching and it will bring our next round of rain and storms into the state. Scattered showers and t-storms are possibly Saturday and likely Sunday. It doesn’t look like a washout but your outdoor plans may be impacted at times…
