MONTGOMERY, Ala. (WSFA) – A suspect has been identified and arrested following a case of rape in Montgomery, according to the Montgomery Police Department.
Nicholus Daniels, 33, was identified as the suspect in a rape that happened on March 23 at 2:30 a.m. in the area of Forestdale Drive.
Daniels was arrested Friday by the US Marshal’s Task Force and charged with fist degree rape.
He is currently being held in the Montgomery County Detention Facility…
