James “Jimmy” Bulger was living the good life, but he was doing it with someone else’s money.
Now, a Montgomery County jury says he’s guilty of multiple felonies after he bilked his victim out of millions of dollars in an elder exploitation scheme.
“This wasn’t a lapse in judgment,” said Alabama Attorney General Steve Marshall in announcing Bulger’s conviction. “It was a calculated, predatory scheme that stole nearly $9 million from an elderly man who trusted him.”…
