FLORIDA (WMBB) – A human trafficking conspiracy spanning the Florida Panhandle and Southern Alabama was dismantled.
According to a news release, over a four-year period, 49-year-old Chad Cornelius Seymore of Dothan, Alabama, conspired with others to bond adult women out of county jail. Then force them to commit commercial sex acts in Alabama and North Florida.

47-year-old Kimberly Robinson Gandy of Gulfport, Mississippi, conspired with Seymore to traffic women to Panama City Beach and Destin.
