A sinister human trafficking operation preying on vulnerable women across the Florida Panhandle and Southern Alabama has been definitively dismantled, thanks to the relentless efforts of federal, state, and local law enforcement.

The U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Northern District of Florida announced Friday, June 20, 2025, the successful prosecution of two key conspirators in a case that highlights a grim reality now brought to justice.

Kimberly Robinson Gandy, 47, of Gulfport, Mississippi, was found guilty by a federal jury on Wednesday, June 18, 2025, of Conspiracy to Commit Sex Trafficking, Sex Trafficking by Force, Fraud, or Coercion, and Money Laundering.
