Montgomery, Ala. (WDHN) — Governor Kay Ivey has ordered flags across Alabama to be flown at half-staff in a gesture of mourning and solidarity with the families and communities impacted by the devastating flooding in Texas Hill.
The flooding has claimed the lives of more than one hundred people, with many more still missing as rescue and recovery efforts continue.
