Montgomery, Ala.-Montgomery Public Schools (MPS) is proud to announce the appointment of two experienced media professionals to lead the district’s communications and outreach efforts. Roseanna Smith Brewton has been named the Director of Communications, and Monae Stevens will serve as the district’s new Marketing and Community Development Manager.
Both women bring strong backgrounds in broadcast journalism, public relations, and strategic messaging, and both are familiar faces to many in the Montgomery community. Their combined expertise and deep connection to the River Region will play a pivotal role as MPS works to enhance communication, build trust, and engage families and stakeholders more effectively.
